Bulk Actions on Products
What it does
Bulk actions let you perform operations on multiple products at once. Select products using checkboxes, and an action bar appears with available operations.
How to select products
Click the checkbox on any product row to select it.
Hold Shift and click another checkbox to select a range of products between your first and second click.
The number of selected items appears in the action bar.
Available bulk actions
Delete selected
Removes the selected products from your catalog. A confirmation dialog shows which submittals reference the products being deleted, so you can decide whether to proceed.
Add to Group
Assigns all selected products to an existing group or a new one. Groups help you organize products by trade, zone, or any custom category.
Create Submittal
Creates a new submittal containing the selected products. Opens the Create Submittal form pre-populated with your selection.
Export to PDF
Generates a PDF report of the selected products with their specifications and cutsheet data.
