Submittals
What it does
The Submittals page lets you create, manage, and track construction submittals for your project. A submittal is a package of product data sheets submitted to architects, engineers, or general contractors for approval.
Viewing submittals
Submittals are listed with their name, status, date, and author.
Use the tabs to filter by status: All, Pending, Approved, In Review, or Rejected.
Click any submittal to navigate to the Submittal Review page for detailed editing and review.
Status indicators
Pending | Submittal has been created but not yet submitted for review. |
In Review | Submittal is under review by the approving party. |
Approved | Submittal has been approved. |
Rejected | Submittal was rejected and may need revisions. |
Creating submittals
There are several ways to create a submittal:
Manual creation — click "Create Submittal" and fill in the form with submittal details and select products.
Upload & Extract — upload an existing submittal PDF and let AI extract the products.
From Products page — select products in bulk and click "Create Submittal".
