Submittal Statuses
What they mean
Every submittal has a status that indicates where it is in the review workflow. Statuses are color-coded for quick identification.
Status | Color | Meaning |
Pending | Yellow | The submittal has been created but has not yet been submitted for review. It is still being prepared. |
In Review | Blue | The submittal has been submitted and is currently under review by the architect, engineer, or approving party. |
Approved | Green | The submittal has been reviewed and approved. The products can proceed to procurement. |
Rejected | Red | The submittal was rejected. Review the rejection notes, make necessary changes, and resubmit. |
Filtering by status
On the Submittals page, use the status tabs (All, Pending, Approved, In Review, Rejected) to filter the list to show only submittals in a specific state.
