Spec Comparison Results
What it does
The Spec Comparison Results page shows a detailed breakdown of how your submittal's products compare against a project specification. Each product requirement is evaluated and assigned a criticality level.
Understanding the results
Criticality Levels
Level | Color | Meaning |
Critical | Red | A mandatory specification requirement is not met. This must be addressed. |
Failing | Orange | A requirement is not met but may not be a hard specification violation. |
Warning | Yellow | A potential issue that should be reviewed. |
Passing | Green | The requirement is satisfied. |
Filtering
Use the criticality filter buttons to show only items at a specific level (Critical, Failing, Warning, Passing, or All).
Actions
Email Selected Items — select items using checkboxes and compose an email to send the compliance findings to stakeholders.
Copy Report — copy the entire comparison report to your clipboard.
Search Compliant Products — for failing items, search for alternative products that meet the specification requirements.
Discard Rows — mark items as reviewed or not applicable.
Share Link — generate a shareable link to the report.
