Import Products from OneDrive

What it does

Import products directly from your Microsoft OneDrive without downloading files to your computer first. This is useful if your team stores spec sheets, submittals, or product catalogs in OneDrive or SharePoint.

How to import

  1. Go to Import Products in the Tools section.

  2. Click From OneDrive.

  3. If you are not already signed in to Microsoft, you will be prompted to authenticate with your Microsoft account.

  4. A file browser opens showing your OneDrive contents. Navigate to the files you want to import and select them.

  5. Selected files are added to the import queue. Set the document category for each file.

  6. Click Start Import to begin AI extraction.

  7. Review and save the extracted products.

Requirements

  • You must have a Microsoft account connected to use OneDrive import.

  • The same file formats are supported as computer import: PDF, Excel, CSV, images, and Word documents.
