Sharing a Procurement Log
What it does
You can share your procurement log with external parties (general contractors, project managers, clients) by generating a public share link. Recipients can view the log without needing a Submittal App account.
How to share
Go to Procurement and open the Procurement Log tab.
Click the Share button.
A unique share link is generated. Copy it to your clipboard or send it directly via email.
What shared viewers see
The shared view shows a read-only version of the procurement log with item descriptions, statuses, dates, and tracking information. Viewers can export data but cannot modify anything.
Managing shares
Revoke — disable a share link so it no longer works.
Extend — extend the expiration of a share link.
Share links may require a passkey for additional security.
