Procurement Emails
What it does
The procurement email feature lets you send followup and recurring emails about procurement items directly from the app. This is useful for checking on order status, requesting updates from suppliers, or sending reminders.
Sending a followup email
In the Procurement Log, find the item you want to follow up on.
Click the email action on the item row.
Compose your email:
Set the recipient(s).
Edit the subject and body (a template may be pre-filled based on the item details).
Click Send.
Recurring emails
You can set up recurring email reminders for procurement items. This automatically sends status check emails at a regular interval until the item is marked as delivered or cancelled.
Known emails
The system maintains a list of known email addresses for suppliers and contacts. These appear as autocomplete suggestions when composing procurement emails. You can manage this list from the procurement settings.
