Procurement Settings
What it does
Procurement Settings lets you configure the AI procurement agent and email templates for the active project.
How to access
Go to Procurement in the sidebar, then click Procurement Settings (or navigate via the gear icon in the Procurement page header).
What you can configure
Agent scan settings — configure how the procurement agent scans items and drafts communications.
Email templates — set default templates for followup and recurring procurement emails.
Known email contacts — manage the list of supplier and vendor email addresses used for autocomplete.
Automated tracking — configure how the agent monitors and tracks procurement items.
AI procurement agent
The AI procurement agent can:
Scan items — analyze procurement items and suggest next actions.
Draft emails — generate professional followup emails based on item context.
Analyze documents — extract data from procurement documents like shipping confirmations or invoices.
Track items — monitor delivery status and flag overdue items.
