Email Agent
What it does
The Email Agent is a built-in email client that connects to your Microsoft Outlook account. It provides a three-panel layout for reading, managing, and composing emails — with AI assistance for drafting replies.
Layout
Left panel — email list showing inbox, sent, or draft messages. Each email shows the sender, subject, preview, and time.
Center panel — full email view with the complete message body, attachments, and thread history. Includes a reply composer at the bottom.
Right panel — AI chat assistant that can help you draft replies, summarize threads, and answer questions about email content.
Key features
Switch between Inbox, Sent, and Drafts folders.
Search emails by keyword.
View full email threads (conversation view).
Reply to individual messages or reply all.
View and download email attachments.
Set a sync window (how far back to load emails, for example last 30 days).
Refresh mail with the refresh button.
