Tracked Contacts
What it does
Tracked Contacts lets you monitor specific email addresses for new messages. When a tracked contact sends you an email, the system can alert you or take automated actions.
How to use it
In the Email Agent page, find the Tracked Contacts section.
Click Add Contact to track a new email address.
Enter the contact's email address and any identifying information.
Click Save.
Checking for new emails
Use the Check for new emails button to scan your inbox for messages from tracked contacts that you may have missed.
Managing contacts
View all tracked contacts in a list.
Edit contact details by clicking on them.
Remove a contact by clicking the delete button to stop tracking their emails.
