AI-Assisted Email Replies
What it does
The AI email assistant helps you draft professional replies based on the context of the email thread. It reads the conversation history and suggests an appropriate response that you can edit before sending.
How to use it
Open an email in the Email Agent center panel.
In the right panel (AI chat), you can:
Ask the AI to draft a reply — for example, type "Draft a reply confirming the delivery date".
Ask questions about the email — "What is the sender asking for?" or "Summarize this thread".
Request a specific tone — "Draft a formal response declining the proposal".
The AI generates a suggested reply based on the email thread context.
Review the suggested text, edit as needed, then paste it into the reply composer in the center panel.
Click Send to send the reply.
Things to know
The AI reads the full email thread to understand context, so its suggestions are informed by the entire conversation.
Always review AI-generated replies before sending — the AI may not have complete context about your project or relationship with the recipient.
The AI chat is conversational. You can ask follow-up questions or request revisions to the draft.
