Bug Fixes

  • Fixed Chargeback Alert Grouping: Resolved an issue where related chargeback notifications could get stuck and not be properly grouped together, ensuring you receive timely and organized alerts.

  • Fixed Duplicate VIP Charges: Resolved an issue where some VIP memberships could have duplicate items, causing incorrect charges. Affected customers will automatically receive partial refunds.

  • Fixed Payment Method Data: When customers remove a payment method, the system now retrieves the correct information directly from Shopify, ensuring accurate records.
