If you're looking to download a comprehensive list of your company's services, exporting data is possible. To export/download data from Substly, navigate to Company and Subscription, then select Export Data > Export.
The export will be named Substly Data Export yyyy-mm-dd.xlsx and contains the following information:
Services
Forecast
Spend
Owner
# of users
Payment type & cycle
Unit price
Currency
Service category
Start, renewal, and expiration date
In order to export data, you need the Editor access level at minimum, meaning Admin and Super-admin also have these rights.
If you're looking to export exclusively your list of services and/or users, this can be found on each of the respective pages (All Service Users & All Services). In the top right corner, next to Edit Columns, select the
-symbol to export a .csv file.
