đ§ Can I Get a Refund?
You might be able to get a refund if:
You havenât generated the gift card yet
It has been less than 14 days since you bought it
The code you received doesnât work or is invalid
âłHow Long Do I Have?
Youâve got 14 days from when you bought the gift card to request a refund, if you havenât already generated the gift card.
Once itâs been approved, refunds take 5-10 working days to land back into your account.
đ How to Request a Refund
1. Go to your discount wallet
2. Click on the gift card purchased and press ârequest refundâ
3. Next, press the drop-down button and select a reason for the refund, then click next
4. Click on the button ârefund to your original payment methodâ and press next
5. The next page will come up with the confirmation that a refund was successful and that your money will be in your account within the next 5-10 working days

If approved, your refund will go back to your original payment method

Issues generating
You tried to create or download your gift card, but something didnât work properly.
Do not need anymore
You bought the gift card but no longer plan to use it (for example, you changed your mind or your plans have changed).
Found a better deal elsewhere
You discovered the same or similar gift card at a better price somewhere else after your purchase.
