1. Qualifying Purchases
A qualifying purchase is a completed transaction in which a user purchases and successfully generates a gift card using the “Generate” button within their SUBTV PERKS wallet, with a minimum transaction value of £10 (ten pounds).
Only qualifying purchases will:
Earn points
Count toward order milestones
Trigger referral rewards
Purchases below £10, incomplete transactions, cancelled transactions, or transactions where a gift card is not generated do not qualify.
Once a gift card has been generated, the transaction is final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
2. Points Earning
Users may earn points through qualifying activity, including but not limited to:
Making qualifying purchases
Reaching order milestones
Referring friends who complete a qualifying purchase
Other in-app engagement as defined within the SUBTV PERKS app
Points are awarded only for qualifying activity and may be subject to caps, limits, or additional conditions as displayed in-app.
3. Order Milestones
Order milestones (including but not limited to 5th, 10th, and 25th order rewards) are calculated based solely on the number of qualifying purchases completed by a user.
Milestone rewards are unlocked only once the required number of qualifying purchases has been completed.
4. Referral Rewards
Referral points are awarded only when:
A referred user successfully signs up using a valid referral link, and
The referred user completes their first qualifying purchase by purchasing and generating a gift card with a minimum value of £10 in their SUBTV PERKS wallet.
Referral rewards may be subject to limits, caps, or additional conditions as outlined in-app or within these terms.
5. Points Conversion to Credit
Points accrued through qualifying activity may be converted into SUBTV PERKS credit once the applicable redemption threshold is reached.
Currently:
10,000 points may be redeemed for £10 (ten pounds) of SUBTV PERKS credit.
SUBTV PERKS credit:
Is applied at checkout within the SUBTV PERKS app
May be used toward the purchase of any available gift card brand
Has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash
6. Use of Credit
SUBTV PERKS credit may be applied at the checkout page during a qualifying gift card purchase.
Credit may be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated and is subject to availability, programme rules, and applicable minimum spend requirements.
7. Credit Expiry
SUBTV PERKS credit will expire 12 months from the date it is issued, unless otherwise stated.
Expired credit has no value and cannot be reinstated.
We may provide reminders prior to expiry; however, it is the user’s responsibility to redeem credit within the applicable timeframe.
8. Adjustments, Misuse & Fraud
We reserve the right to withhold, adjust, reverse, or revoke points, rewards, milestone progress, or credit in cases of:
Suspected misuse or gaming
Fraudulent activity
Breach of these terms
9. Programme Changes
Points, earn rates, redemption thresholds, rewards, and programme rules may be updated or amended from time to time.
Any changes will not affect credit already issued or redeemed prior to the change.
