Why do I need to link to a venue or campus?
Signing in with location services enables to check your location and verify that you are near a SUBTV enabled university and verify that you are a student. It also allows us to tailor your experience as well as remember the music you requested and the perks that you purchased through our app!
How do I connect my Subtv app to neaby venues and campuses?
Once logged in, tap on the 'Connect to Unlock' button
Enter the TV code which you will find located at the top of the screen OR
By allowing SUBTV to access your location, you can locate your venue without having to manually enter the app code
Alternatively you can 'Continue as guest' to browser.
Already logged in but want to change the venue name?
From the SUBTV homepage, press 'Change Venue'
Then enter the TV Code (you will find this located on your top right corner of the screens at your venue)
Alternatively, with location services enabled, click on "Find Nearby Locations" and your venue should appear on the screen of your device
Having full access allows you to requests music and locations with SUBTV TV SCREENS, and access exclusive student perks.
