Why do I need to sign in to the app?
Signing in with location services enables to check your location and verify that you are near a SubTV enabled TV network. It also allows us to tailor your experience as well as remember the music you requested and upvoted !
How do I connect my Subtv app to the venue?
Once logged in, tap on the 'Control the music' button
Enter the TV code which you will find located at the top of the screen OR
By allowing Subtv to access your location, you can locate your venue without having to manually enter the app code
Alternatively you can 'Continue as guest' and check out what's playing in your venue and upvote tracks!
Already logged in but want to change the venue name?
From Menu, click on Settings
Then click on 'Location Services'
Enter the TV Code (you will find this located on your top half of the screens at your venue).
Alternatively, with location services on, you can search for the nearest Subtv Player
Having full access allows you to requests and upvote freely. .
