It's rare, but if you receive a message that says "unable to start to start your workstation," it means that there is currently unexpectedly high usage at the data center where the virtual workstation is provisioned.
If you receive this error message, we recommend:
Try resizing to a different workstation as other sizes (larger or smaller) may be available.
Click the "Retry for 5 minutes option" and wait. Capacity often frees up after a few minutes. Keep in mind while the workstation is "retrying start" you can still resize the workstation.

The good news is our underlying cloud provider is constantly adding additional compute resources to keep up with demand. We anticipate these instances becoming even less frequent than they do currently.
