How to Request a Refund

If you accidentally purchased the wrong plan, here’s how to request a refund directly through Apple:

  1. Open reportaproblem.apple.com in your browser.

  2. Sign in using your Apple ID.

  3. Find the Summary AI subscription in your list of purchases.

  4. Click “Report a Problem” next to the subscription.

  5. Select “Request a refund” as the reason.

  6. Choose the appropriate reason (e.g., “Purchased by accident”).

  7. Submit your request.

Apple usually reviews and responds to refund requests within a few days.
