How to Request a Refund

How to request a refund for your Summary AI subscription on Apple or Google Play.

🍎 Apple (iOS / iPad)

If you purchased your Summary AI subscription through the App Store, refunds are handled by Apple:

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com in your browser.

  2. Sign in with your Apple ID.

  3. Find Summary AI in your list of purchases.

  4. Click "Report a Problem" next to the subscription.

  5. Select "Request a refund" as the reason.

  6. Choose the appropriate reason (e.g., "Purchased by accident" or "Didn't mean to subscribe").

  7. Submit your request. Apple typically reviews and responds within a few days.

🤖 Google Play (Android)

If you purchased your Summary AI subscription through Google Play, refunds are handled by Google:

  1. Find and tap your Summary AI subscription.

  2. Tap "Manage", then "Report a problem".

  3. Select the appropriate reason and submit.


⏱ Important: Google Play refunds are typically only available within 48 hours of purchase. After that, you'll need to contact Google support directly at Google Play Help.
