How to permanently delete your Summary AI account and what data gets removed.

Steps to Delete Your Account

  1. Open the Summary AI app.

  2. Go to Settings → Account.

  3. Tap Delete Account.

  4. Slide down the account icon to confirm deletion.

👉 You will see a confirmation screen before your data is erased.

What data gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently and immediately remove:

  • Personal info: Email address, User ID

  • Audio files: All recordings and uploaded audio

  • Files and documents

  • Summaries and transcripts

  • Calendar events

  • Device identifiers: Firebase Installation ID

Data retention

All of the above data is erased immediately and permanently. We do not retain your information unless legally required for fraud prevention or compliance.

What about my subscription?

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it first through Apple or Google Play before deleting your account. See: How do I cancel my subscription?
