Summary AI uses Google or Apple to sign in — there's no separate username or password to create or remember.
Creating an account
Open the Summary AI app.
Tap Continue with Google, Continue with Apple or Continue as Guest.
Follow the prompts to authorise access with your chosen account.
That's it — your account is created automatically on first sign-in.
Signing back in
Use the same provider (Google or Apple) that you used when you first signed up. If you sign in with a different provider, it will create a separate account.
Common sign-in issues
"I can't find my account / my summaries are gone." Make sure you're signing in with the same Google or Apple account you used originally. If you have multiple Google accounts or Apple IDs, try the others.
"Sign in with Apple isn't working." Go to iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Password & Security → Apps Using Apple ID → check Summary AI is listed. If not, try signing in again.
"I signed up with Google but now it says no account found." Make sure you're using the exact same Google account. Try signing out of the Google app and signing back in with the correct account before retrying.
Switched phone / new device. Just sign in with the same provider and account — your summaries are stored in the cloud and will reappear automatically.
Deleting your account
If you'd like to permanently delete your account and all associated data, see: Delete Your Account.
