View and manage Connected stores
You can view and manage your connected stores from the Sales channels page.
Once a store is connected, all your product listings with SKUs are automatically sync to Sumtracker. This would be a good opportunity to ensure that all your online listings have SKUs added to them; if any product listings are missing SKUs, you can add them on your store.

Common errors during connecting stores

Store Already Connected to Another Account: If you receive a message indicating that your store is already connected to another account, it's possible that one of your team members has already connected your store to a different Sumtracker account. In this case, reach out to the support team to help resolve this.
Etsy Authentication Failed Status Code 4 Invalid Grant: Navigate to the Sales channel page, click the Reconnect Store button, select Etsy, and log in to re-establish synchronization.
Avoid Deleting Store Connections: During persistent sync failures, reconnect your store using the dashboard without deleting the existing connection, as this may cause additional issues.
