If a guest appears to have paid, but the table is still open on your POS, to see what has happened follow these 3 steps:

1) Log in to the Payments section of your dashboard.

2) Ensure the filters are set to today’s date, then enter the table number in the box.

3) In the STATUS column, if the payment says Failed the payment has not been made and the guest should attempt the payment again.

If the STATUS is Paid but the table is still showing on your POS then please contact our help desk using the chat function to the right.
