Can my payment terminal/handheld process offline payments ?

Yes, your payment terminal/handheld can process offline payments. In case of an internet connection loss, the terminal automatically detects the interruption and switches to offline mode without any action required from you.

However, please note that remote collection will not be automatically executed in offline mode, which could delay the deposit of payments into your bank account.

In offline mode:

  • Only payments that do not require authorization (i.e., bank calls) will be accepted.

  • No data will be uploaded to the Sunday dashboard.

  • Remote collection will not occur, as payments will not be synchronized.

  • Sales totals will not be retrieved.

  • There will be no connection with the cash register.
