How do I verify my account?

Learn about our verification process and how to access it.

At CrownCoins, account verification is an important step to help protect your security and ensure a safe gaming environment for all players. Completing verification also allows you to access full account features, including prize redemptions.

Follow the steps below to verify your account.


Step 1: Log In to Your Account

Sign in to your CrownCoins account.

If you do not yet have an account, click “Sign Up” on our website to create one.


Step 2: Access the Menu

Once logged in:

  • On desktop: Click the menu icon (three lines) located in the top-right corner.

  • On mobile or app: The menu can be found at the bottom of your screen.


Step 3: Select “REDEEM”

From the menu, click the “REDEEM” button. This will initiate the account verification process.


Step 4: Complete the Liveness Selfie

You will be directed to a verification page where you’ll be prompted to complete a liveness selfie.

This step confirms that you are physically present and helps protect your account.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the selfie capture using your device’s camera.


Step 5: Upload a Valid Identification Document

You will need to upload a valid government-issued ID. Accepted documents may include:

  • Driver’s License

  • State or National ID (not applicable to Canadian players)

  • Permanent Resident ID

  • Passport

Ensure that:

  • The document is clear

  • All information is visible

  • The image is not cropped or blurry

  • Not expired

Please note that Temporary ID's are not accepted


Step 6: Provide Your Personal Information

You will be asked to enter the following details:

  • Country

  • Street Address

  • Building Number (if applicable)

  • City

  • State

  • Postal Code

  • Phone Number

Please ensure all information matches your identification document.


Step 7: Submit Proof of Address (If Requested)

In some cases, you may be asked to upload a Proof of Address (POA) document. Acceptable documents include:

  • Bank or credit card statement

  • Official bank letter

  • Utility bill

The document must clearly show:

  • Your full name

  • Your residential address

  • Issue date (dated within the last 3 months)


Step 8: Wait for Verification Review

After submitting your documents, you will receive a verification status notification on your screen.

Please allow a few business days for our team to review your submission. You will be notified once your verification is complete.
