Once you've uploaded your prescription and PD (pupillary distance), you'll get a confirmation email to say SunGod has everything it needs.
I'm still getting reminder emails
Reminder emails mean SunGod hasn't received your prescription or PD yet. Use the upload link in your email to upload them.
I uploaded my prescription but didn't get a confirmation email
This usually means your PD photo couldn't be used. Upload a new PD photo using the upload link, following How do I measure my Pupillary Distance (PD)? If you know your PD in mm, add it to the notes in the upload link instead. If you're still not sure, get in touch.
