Which products are eligible for a return?

All non-custom SunGods are eligible to return or exchange if returned unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, within our 30-day returns window 😊

For standard products, such as goggles, lenses, and replacement masks, ensure that a Return Claim Form is submitted, which is available on our website.

Make sure to include all items you are returning, including any free gifts received with the order.

Custom SunGods are generally not eligible for returns as they are hand-built to order.

However, in certain cases—such as for Snipers™ goggles with custom designs—exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Submit support ticket by contacting our team of experts at support@sungod.co.
