Can I return/exchange my product during the promotion?

For any purchases made during our promotion, our standard returns policy applies. πŸ™Œ

  • Non-customised products can be returned as normal.

  • Customised or personalised products cannot be returned unless faulty, damaged, or not as described.

❗ Please note that if you're looking to return a pair that came with a free gift, both the pair and the gift must also be returned in its original, resalable condition. Once they are received by our team at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund. πŸ’Έ
