We offer 30-day returns for non-Custom products in the UK!
Eligible items must be returned within 30 days of the order being delivered and must be unused and in the original packaging.
Please note, SunGod is not able to cover return postage on any returns. This is because from an environmental perspective, there's no such thing as a "free return"; the emissions from returns across the fashion and apparel industry are vast and damaging. By not offering free returns, we encourage our customers to make informed purchases and reduce return rates, collectively lowering our impact on the planet - in alignment with our triple bottom line of People, Planet and Profit.
You will be able to generate a pre-paid shipping label through our Returns Portal and the cost will be deducted from your refund amount. Alternatively, you can purchase your own return label.
Please also note there is a £3.50 return fee per item, which is deducted from your refund amount.
