To make a Lifetime Guarantee claim, you'll need:
Your original order number, which starts with SG-
A photo of the problem, so our team can see what needs fixing

How to make a Lifetime Guarantee claim
Fill in the Return Authorisation Form with your SG- order number.
Upload a photo of the problem.
Watch your inbox. We'll reply within 2 working days, and we'll email you if we need more photos or details.
If you haven't heard from us within 2 working days, check your spam or junk folder.
Bought your SunGods from a retailer?
If you bought your SunGods from a retailer rather than from sungod.co, register them before you make a Lifetime Guarantee claim. Use our warranty registration form. You'll need your original purchase receipt.
What the Lifetime Guarantee doesn't cover
