As a podcast subscriber, you will have access to the Supercast user interface from your subscriber dashboard.
This article will cover the following:
Logging In
Use this link or go to www.supercast.com and click on Log In.
Log in using your email address and confirmation code with the Sign In With Email option
Logging in will bring you to your subscriber's home page. From here you can access your private feed, manage your subscription(s), change your payment method, and access your premium content.
Once you log in, you must first select the Premium Podcast that you'd like to manage, before being able to make changes to your subscription:
Accessing Your Private Feed
To access your feed click on one of the popular podcast players listed under the " Choose a podcast app to listen" section.
If you are on a desktop and want to access this feature on your phone, scroll down and you can manually copy and upload the RSS feed or send it to another device using a phone number. If your chosen podcast player does not directly support private RSS feeds, ensure you manually paste the correct RSS URL provided in your Supercast dashboard into the app's feed subscription option.
Upgrade Your Subscription
As a subscriber, you have the ability to upgrade your subscription anytime.
Click Change / Cancel.
Choose your new plan.
Click Update Subscription.
Cancellation
As a subscriber, you have the ability to cancel your subscription anytime. If you cancel, you will continue to receive premium benefits until the end of your billing period.
Click " Change / Cancel".
Click " Cancel Subscription" after scrolling to the bottom of the page.
Optional: Fill in the Cancellation Survey to help your creator understand the reason for canceling. Canceling users can also revisit their subscription details later from the main dashboard to reverse the action by clicking "Un-do Cancellation" in the section menu.
Un-do Cancellation
Click Change / Cancel.
Click Un-do Cancellation.
Payments and Credit Cards
Update Payment Information
Click on Payment Card in the menu bar found on the top left of the page to update your credit card, change to a new one, or delete a credit card from your account.
Can't Access the Menu?
If you don't see the menu on the top right of your account, it could be because you are viewing the page in a smaller window or on a small device. In order to open up the menu, click the menu button in the top right corner.
The menu will then drop down from the top of the page.
Changing Your Email
Click on the Profile Icon in the top right corner of your dashboard. If you encounter login issues or cannot locate the profile icon, ensure you are logged into the correct Supercast account by revisiting the Supercast login page and confirming your email and password.
Click on Profile from the menu that drops down.
Enter your new email, then click Update. Double-check the new email for accuracy to ensure it matches future communications. Supercast will send a confirmation link to your updated address.
