As a podcast subscriber, you have the ability to cancel your subscription anytime from your subscriber dashboard. If you cancel, you will continue to receive premium benefits until the end of your billing period.
Additionally, refunds for subscriptions are processed by the podcast creator on a case-by-case basis. Subscribers may need to contact Supercast support to facilitate refund requests where necessary.
To cancel your subscription:
1. Use this link or go to www.supercast.com and click on Log In.
2. Enter your email and log in
3. Under Dashboard, click on your Subscription.
4. Click the person icon at the top-right corner and select "Manage Subscription."
5. Under Plan and Billing, select Manage Subscription
6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Cancel Subscription
7. Optional: Fill in the Cancellation Survey to help your creator understand the reason for canceling.
If you are unable to cancel your subscription through the self-service steps, you can contact Supercast support for further assistance. Provide your account details and, if necessary, supporting documentation to verify your request.
Handling Special Cases
Forgotten or Incorrect Email: If you cannot log in due to an unrecognized email, try alternate email addresses or check saved credentials in your browser. Once verified, follow the standard cancellation steps.
Automatic Renewals: For unintended auto-renewals, contact support immediately. Refunds are at the podcast creator's discretion.
Account-Linked Subscriptions: If your subscription is managed through a third-party platform like Patreon, contact Supercast support for assistance as direct management might not be available through the Supercast dashboard.
