If you're struggling to pay a bill, it's important you contact your bill provider as soon as possible to let them know about your situation.

The SuperFi app has tools to make things easier:

  • Add your accounts: Connect your bank accounts and credit cards in the app. You can do this on the 'Overview' tab by clicking 'Add Account,' or by tapping your profile icon at the top.

  • See your bills: Once your accounts are connected, go to the 'Tracker' tab. This will show you all your upcoming bills so you can see what’s due and if you might have trouble paying.

If you’re worried about paying a bill:

  • Go to the 'Tracker' tab and find the bill. Click on it, then tap 'I can’t afford to pay.' You’ll see information on the support you can get and how to contact the company.

Other ways the SuperFi app can help:

  • Click on the 'Can't pay' tab to access a range of tools such government benefits and social tariffs that could help you to increase your income and access cheaper (phone/water/internet) bills.

  • For specific bills like council tax, you may be eligible for a discount if you're experiencing financial hardship. You can learn more, and apply for these discounts by clicking 'I can't afford to pay' on your council tax bill in the 'tracker' tab.

If you're feeling overwhelmed by multiple bills, you can reach out to a free debt advice charity, such as StepChange. They provide confidential, impartial help and can guide you on next steps: https://www.stepchange.org/contact-us.aspx
