Getting Started

Q: Do I have to complete the modules in order?

A: Yep. Context → Brand → Marketing. Mess with the order, and you mess with the outcomes. Think of it like baking: skip the flour and go straight to the icing, and you’ll end up with a sugary mess, not a cake.

Q: What if I don’t have all the answers yet?

A: That’s fine. Some questions (like finance if you’ve not started trading yet) may feel premature. Skip them and come back later. The platform is designed for iteration -your answers evolve as your business does.

Q: Why do some questions feel repetitive?

A: On purpose. As founders, we change our minds (a lot). The “repeated” questions are checkpoints—capturing shifts in your thinking, not catching you out.

Q: The LLM is not always available, is your platform full of bugs?

A: Well, no (we hope not). Sometimes, the LLM is not there entirely on purpose. There are some questions where we explicitly need your thoughts and no one else’s. So, the chat is disabled. Yeah. Forgive us.

Using the Platform

Q: How detailed should my answers be?

A: As detailed as you can. The more context you give us, the sharper your reports, strategies, and marketing will be. Think of it like training an AI assistant: if you feed it scraps, you’ll get scraps. Garbage in = garbage out. But, if you feed it steak, you’ll get filet mignon back.

Q: Can I go back and change my answers?

A: Soon, yes. We’re building a “re-answer and regenerate” feature that lets you unlock modules, update your inputs, and see fresh reports roll out instantly.

Q: What if the content looks odd or off?

Practical Stuff

Q: How much does it cost?

A: Context is free (because every founder deserves a clear starting point). Brand and Marketing modules are £49/month. Finance and Investor Relations can be included for a small incremental amount, when they launch.

Q: Can I cancel anytime?

A: Yep. No awkward phone calls, no “please don’t leave us” guilt trips. Just cancel in a click.

Q: If I cancel, will I get a refund?

A: We don’t do partial refunds for unused time. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing cycle - so you get the full month you’ve already paid for. Think of it like renting a flat: you don’t get the deposit back for the half a week you didn’t sleep there.
