Welcome to SuperRise. By signing up, you’re confirming you’re a business (big or small, solo or squad). You’re also agreeing to play by these rules, so give them a proper read before you click that shiny “Start Your Rise” button.

1. Who We Are

SuperRise Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) runs the SuperRise platform – a digital toolkit that helps businesses build their brand, strategy, and go-to-market game without breaking the bank.

We’re registered in the UK, and these terms apply to all users globally.

2. Who You Are

By signing up, you confirm that:

⁃ You’re using SuperRise for business purposes (not as a consumer).

⁃ You’re authorised to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business.

⁃ You’ll use SuperRise legally, ethically, and without doing anything daft like reverse engineering or copying the platform.

In plain English: you’re a business user, and we expect you to act like one.

3. The Offer

Early adopters get the Context, Brand Strategy, and Marketing modules for £19/month (normally £49/month).

This discounted price is limited to the first 500 users. Once we hit that magic number, the offer closes.

We’ll be adding new modules over time. They may come with additional costs, and we’ll always tell you before we charge you a penny.

4. Billing and Payment

All payments are handled securely through our payment provider.

You’ll be charged monthly in advance, and you can cancel any time (see Section 5).

Important: We do not offer refunds. Once a payment has gone through, that month’s fee is non-refundable - even if you cancel halfway through.

We like to think of it as a “use it or lose it” policy.

5. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the SuperRise platform.

When you cancel, you’ll keep access until the end of your paid period. After that, your account will be paused and your data safely stored for 90 days in case you change your mind.

6. Complaints

We aim to make SuperRise a smooth ride, but if you hit a bump, email hello@superrise.com - that’s our cheerful complaints inbox.

We’ll do our best to sort things out quickly, fairly, and with minimal jargon.

7. Intellectual Property

Everything on SuperRise (designs, code, copy, AI prompts, frameworks, the lot) belongs to us. You can use the tools and outputs for your own business, but you can’t copy, resell, or repackage them.

We don’t claim ownership over your business data, but we do use anonymised insights to improve our platform.

And just to be clear: we do not allow any large language models to train on user content. Your business strategy stays your business strategy.

8. Platform Availability

We’ll do our best to keep SuperRise up and running 24/7, but sometimes maintenance or updates will require short downtimes.

If something major happens (like a gremlin in the servers), we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

9. Liability

SuperRise gives you the tools, insights, and prompts to help you build and grow your business - but the results depend on your own actions.

We’re not responsible for any lost profits, missed funding, or awkward investor meetings that result from how you use (or don’t use) our platform.

Our total liability for any issue is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the previous 12 months.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may tweak these Terms occasionally to reflect platform changes or new laws. If we do, we’ll post the updated version here and update the “last revised” date.

If the changes are major, we’ll give you a heads-up via email or in-app notification.

11. Governing Law

For UK users, these terms are governed by English law.
