2. What Information We Collect
We collect information to help your business rise - not to snoop.
a. Account Information:
When you sign up, we collect your name, email, payment details, and company name.
b. Platform Activity:
We store your inputs (like your brand strategy, business context, audit responses, etc.) so the platform can generate insights, reports, and tailored outputs for you. We use Posthog for this.
c. Technical Data:
Device info, IP address, and browser type — the usual stuff that helps us keep SuperRise fast and secure.
d. Communication Data:
If you email, chat, or message us, we store that correspondence to make support smoother.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
Deliver and improve the SuperRise platform.
Generate tailored outputs and insights based on your inputs.
Process payments and manage subscriptions.
Send you updates, tips, or platform improvements (no spam, promise).
Keep the platform secure and prevent misuse.
4. How We Don’t Use Your Information
This part’s important:
We do not use your data to train any Large Language Models (LLMs), including those powering SuperRise.
We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
We do not share your business inputs with anyone outside of SuperRise’s secure infrastructure.
Your business stays your business. Period.
5. Data Storage and Security
We store your data on secure, encrypted servers located in the UK, EU, and North America (depending on where you’re based).
All transfers comply with UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and Data Privacy Framework (for US transfers).
We use encryption at rest and in transit, regular security audits, and access controls that make Fort Knox look casual.
6. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party tools for hosting, analytics, and payment processing.
Each is vetted for compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable standards.
They only access the minimum necessary data to perform their function, and they’re contractually bound not to misuse it.

We use cookies to:

Export your data in a readable format.

9. Data Retention
We keep your data only as long as needed to provide you with the SuperRise service - or until you delete your account.
Once deleted, we securely purge your content from our systems, except where legally required to retain it.
