New great feature and new rules for SuperSavvy point system

As SuperSavvy Family, we are introducing a new Rewards feature, so you can win more rewards. 😊

πŸŽ‰ New Feature: Rewards

  • We have prepared various rewards for you that you will love.

  • In the Rewards, you can redeem your πŸ†• SuperSavvy points (collected since March 1, 2022) to get rewards we have prepared for you.

  • Rewards stocks and products will be renewed monthly.

🌟 How to redeem points for gifts?

  • Each reward costs different points. When you redeem a reward that requires 3500 points, 3500 points will be deducted from your redeemable total points which you see on top right corner of your main screen. Likewise, when you redeem a reward with your 15000 points, 15000 points will be deducted from your total points.

  • If your points are insufficient, you will not be able to redeem for rewards.

  • There will be a stock/inventory for each of the rewards and the stocks will be renewed monthly. You will not be able to redeem a reward that is out of stock.

πŸ›  Changes in the Point System?

  • Regarding the new Rewards feature, there will be changes in the SuperSavvy Points system as well.

  • With the new Rewards feature, the points you have collected until March 1, 2022 will be RESET ‼️ In other words, you will not be able to send requests for rewards with the all-time points you have collected so far.

  • With the points you earn after March 1, 2022 / 00:00, you can redeem rewards from the Rewards for which your points are sufficient.

  • Monthly Leaderboard points system will not be affected by this change. You can continue to collect points to earn monthly rewards.

🧐 SuperSavvy Rewards Terms & Conditions

  1. This feature is open to all residents in the UK mainland aged 18 years and over, excluding employees of Procter & Gamble UK and its affiliates or agents, the families of such employees and any other person connected with this promotion.

  2. A user cannot redeem more than one gift per month.

  3. A user cannot redeem the same gift twice.

  4. No purchase is required.

  5. If the reward is out of stock, points redeemed are returned to the user.

  6. Rewards are limited to stocks.

  7. P&G reserves the replenishment period.

  8. P&G electronic product images are representations and an upper or lower model of the products in the image can be sent.

  9. The warranty of Braun/Oral-B electronic products are 2 years, and the warranty documents are inside the products.

  10. P&G may make changes to the reward points as it deems appropriate.

  11. Users are allowed to create a maximum of 2 accounts from the same device.

  12. The points of users who are found to be cheating or taking advantage of a vulnerability in the application can be withdrawn and their rewards are cancelled. In this case, the user cannot claim any rights.

  13. P&G / Super Savvy is not responsible for extended or early ended campaign dates.

  14. After the rewards redeemed are approved within 3 business days, they are shipped and delivered to the users within 28 business days.

  15. By redeeming your points, you confirm that the address saved in your profile is correct; SuperSavvy / P&G is not responsible for undelivered prizes due to an incorrect or incomplete address. You confirm that SuperSavvy can forward your delivery and contact details to the logistics partner Skelmersdale for the purpose of delivery. You allow SuperSavvy to contact you on the e-mail address provided related to prize/prizes.

  17. Apple is not involved in any way with the rewards, contests or sweepstakes.

  18. Please allow 28 days for delivery after the reward claim is received.
