Learn how to change your SuperScan plan (subscription)

SuperScan offers a few pricing options, ranging from weekly to monthly and yearly subscriptions.

You could save a lot of money by subscribing to a longer-term plan, such as the yearly plan.

To change your SuperScan plan, follow the instructions for the store where you purchased your plan (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or from SuperScan website using your web app).


Apple App Store

If you subscribed to SuperScan on the App Store, you can use your iPhone or iPad to switch from one plan to another. Depending on your needs, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan.

To change your subscription plan now, click on the button below:

Then:

  1. Select your SuperScan subscription.

  2. Select the See All Plans link.

  3. Choose your preferred plan.

  4. Double-click to confirm your subscription.

Alternatively, you can:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone / iPad.

  2. Select your name.

  3. Select Subscriptions.

  4. Select your SuperScan subscription.

  5. Select the See All Plans link.

  6. Choose your preferred plan.

  7. Double-click to confirm your subscription.

You must be signed in to your Apple account using the same Apple ID that you used to subscribe to SuperScan. If you are signed in to a different email address, SuperScan will not appear in your Subscriptions.


Google Play Store

If you subscribed to SuperScan on the Google Play Store, you can change your plan using your Android device.

To manage your subscription:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.

  2. Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) and select "Subscriptions".

  3. Find and tap on your SuperScan subscription.

  4. Tap "Change plan" or "Manage".

  5. Select your desired plan from the available options.

  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your new plan.

Please note that any changes to your subscription will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you upgrade your plan, the new features will be available immediately, and you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle.

If you don't see SuperScan in your subscriptions, make sure you're signed in with the Google account you used to purchase the subscription.
