What AI agents can’t do yet

Agents are currently designed for insights and retrieval. They can help you find information, but they don’t take action on your behalf.

They can’t:

  • Approve assets.

  • Submit feedback or comments.

  • Send messages.

  • Create, edit or manage projects.

  • Change deadlines or scope.

They also can’t access:

  • Internal team notes.

  • Internal-only conversations.

Agents are also not intended to:

  • Provide a full list of every creative assigned to a project.

  • Search all files globally by filename. It typically works best when you ask for assets by project (or by known links or IDs).

  • Handle general-purpose research, writing or production tasks outside your Superside work.
