To avoid errors in accounting processing, it is not possible to permanently delete a user.
However, you can deactivate their account at any time: your collaborator will no longer have access to the Supertripper platform.
🧑🏽💻 On your desktop computer:
Click on your profile picture
Click on the "Users" tab
You can search for the concerned collaborator by directly entering their name in the search bar. You can also sort the displayed profiles using the available filters: "Entity," "Roles," "Travel Policy," "Status," and "Service"
Click on the concerned profile
Click on the "Disable" button
The collaborator's status will change from "Active" to "Disabled"

☝️ Note: this feature is only available on desktop computers for users with the necessary authorizations.
💡 Tips: to more easily find a profile that has been deactivated, use the "Status" filter and check the "Unactive" box.
