Check that the Supertripper mobile app is up-to-date. If you need to update it manually, here are the steps to follow:
On Android, via the Google Play Store by following this link. Or directly on your smartphone: Google Play Store > Search bar > Type "Supertripper" > Update
On iPhone, via the Apple Store by clicking here. Or directly on your smartphone: App Store > Search bar > Type "Supertripper" > Update

If the Supertripper mobile app still does not open after performing the latest update, we invite you to completely uninstall the app before reinstalling it on your smartphone.
