What to do if I can no longer open the Supertripper mobile app?

Know the steps to follow when I encounter a problem with the Supertripper mobile app.

We regularly update the Supertripper platform. Therefore, your smartphone may encounter a problem when opening the mobile app if it does not have the latest version. In this case, here are the steps to follow:

Check that the Supertripper mobile app is up-to-date. If you need to update it manually, here are the steps to follow:

If the Supertripper mobile app still does not open after performing the latest update, we invite you to completely uninstall the app before reinstalling it on your smartphone.

If the problem still persists, please contact our customer support, providing them with the following information:

  • The problem or error message you are encountering

  • The exact model of your smartphone (e.g., Samsung Galaxy S24, iPhone 13, etc.). You can find the model of your smartphone:

    • On Android, by going to: Settings > About phone > Model

    • On iPhone, by going to: Settings > General > About > Model Name

  • The version of your smartphone's operating system (e.g., 13 or iOS 17.3.1). You can find the version of the operating system:

    • On Android, by going to: Settings > About phone > Android version

    • On iPhone, by going to: Settings > General > About > iOS version

  • The version of the Supertripper mobile app (e.g., 2.6.3). You can find the app version:

    • On Android, by going to: Settings > Apps > Supertripper

    • On iPhone, by going to: Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Supertripper
