How to Enable Third-Party Cookies in Your Browser
Some features of our platform require third-party cookies to function correctly. If you’re experiencing issues with logging into Supio when you're in Litify, you may need to adjust your browser settings.
Below are instructions for enabling third-party cookies in Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Safari.
Google Chrome
Open Chrome and click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
Select Settings.
In the left menu, click Privacy and security.
Select Cookies and other site data.
Choose Allow all cookies or Block third-party cookies in Incognito (to allow cookies in normal browsing but block them in private sessions).
Restart your browser to ensure the changes take effect.
Microsoft Edge
Open Edge and click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
Select Settings.
In the left menu, click Cookies and site permissions.
Select Manage and delete cookies and site data.
Toggle Block third-party cookies off.
Restart your browser if needed.
Safari (Mac)
Open Safari.
In the top menu, select Safari > Preferences (or Settings on macOS Ventura and later).
Go to the Privacy tab.
Uncheck Prevent cross-site tracking (this allows third-party cookies).
Close the preferences window.
Safari (iPhone/iPad)
Open the Settings app.
Scroll down and select Safari.
Under Privacy & Security, toggle Prevent Cross-Site Tracking off.
Safari will now allow third-party cookies.

Clearing your browser cache and cookies.
Restarting your browser.
Using an updated version of your browser.
