When a client requests a transaction certificate (TC), you can view and track its status on the transaction certificates tab on the Compliance page.

Pending TC request(s)

In this section, you can view transaction certificates that have been requested by your client but have not yet been uploaded.

  • To start uploading individual certificates, click on the Upload document button.

  • You can also upload certificates in bulk by selecting the relevant orderlines and clicking on Bulk upload. This allows you to upload the same document for multiple orderlines.

Uploaded document(s)

This section displays the transaction certificates for which drafts have been uploaded by you. Your client can now review the document and either approve or reject it.

Rejected document(s)

Documents that have been rejected by the client are listed here. When a document is rejected, you will receive an email from tex.tracer support with the reason for rejection if specified by the client.

Approved draft(s)

Once your client approves the uploaded draft, it will appear in this section. You can then proceed to upload the final TC.

  • For multiple orderlines, select the orderlines and click on Bulk upload final TC.

  • For individual orderlines, click on Upload final TC next to each orderline.

Final TC Approved

This section lists the final TCs that have been approved by the client. You can view these documents by clicking on the eye icon besides each orderline, & also download it.

Archive

All final transaction certificates will automatically move to the Archive section six months after client confirmation.
