A variety of sports betting markets (“Markets”) may be offered, including pre-match and live/in-play options, covering single selections and multi bets. The availability of specific sports, matches, or betting types may change at any time without notice.
Match data, scores, and statistics may be provided by third-party sources (“Third-Party Content”). No guarantee is made regarding the accuracy of such content, and no liability is accepted for any losses that may arise from reliance on such information.
Market-specific rules from third-party data providers may apply. It is your responsibility to review these rules before placing a bet.
Bets will be settled based on the official result. If no official result is available, the relevant Market may be voided. If an event resumes after a temporary disruption, bets will be settled according to the confirmed result unless stated otherwise.
If a match is played under significantly altered conditions (e.g. shortened format or major rule deviation), all related bets may be voided.
If an event is cancelled, interrupted, or not completed due to disqualification, withdrawal, weather, or other circumstances, unsettled bets will be voided unless the outcome of the Market has already been determined.
Any bets placed on outcomes that were already known or determined at the time of betting will be voided. Winnings may be forfeited and stakes returned.
Bets may be voided where prices were incorrectly displayed or calculated.
Bets will be voided for matches that are cancelled, postponed, or abandoned unless the Market has already been decided. A match is deemed abandoned if it is not completed on the same day. For example, “First Team to Score” will stand if it was already settled before abandonment.
In cases of incorrect settlement, the outcome may be revised at any time.
For player prop bets, the following applies:
“Player must play” applies to pre-match player props for NBA, NFL, NHL, CBB, and CFB, and to in-play props for MLB, NBA, and NFL.
“Player must start” applies to all pre-match MLB player props and NHL goalie markets. Bench players are excluded from pre-match MLB betting.
12. Additional rules for player props:
Bets placed on known outcomes will be voided.
Settlement is based on official league statistics from the applicable official league or statistical source.
If a match is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, all unsettled prop bets will be void.
13. Cash Out allows you to settle a bet early, before the final outcome is known. If available, select the Cash Out option shown with your bet to receive the offered amount. Once confirmed, the bet is closed and will not be affected by future outcomes.
14. Additional Cash Out terms:
(a) Not all bets or Markets will support Cash Out.
(b) A delay is applied to all Cash Out actions.
(c) Cash Out will be unavailable during Market suspension.
(d) If odds change or a Market is suspended during the delay, Cash Out may fail.
(e) If a pre-match event is not supported live, Cash Out will be disabled once the event starts.
(f) The Cash Out amount can be higher or lower than your original stake, depending on real-time conditions.
(g) A Cash Out may be reversed if it was settled incorrectly.
(h) No liability is accepted where technical issues prevent Cash Out. In such cases, the bet will be settled as normal.
(i) Access to Cash Out features may be restricted or removed if abuse or rule violations are detected.
