Perfect - you can head straight to the link below to authenticate your Intercom with Supportman.

First, if you aren't already logged in, you will be prompted to login to Slack:

Then allow Supportman app to access your slack:

Success - you have now successfully installed Supportman and will be taken to this page! Now open Slack to set-up your #intercom-ratings channel and invite your team members.

Sometimes the person signing up for Supportman isn't the same person within the team that has Slack admin rights - that is ok. We have a template email belong you can send to the right person in your team:

Hey {slack_admin},

I'm setting up Supportman for our team (it helps us respond to low CSAT responses faster). Setup is one click but it needs a Slack admin to approve the connection.
