Only Organizers can select a Beneficiary (can only be one). Only Beneficiaries can request a payout.
Once a Beneficiary has been selected, they'll receive detailed instructions and links to set up their account via Stripe Connect (our payment processing partner). Note: this email sometimes goes to the beneficiary's spam or junk folder: check there first if you can't find it
Before becoming eligible to request a payout, beneficiaries must complete their Stripe Connect profile, including adding an external bank account or debit card.
Beneficiaries also need to have received at least 3 donations before their first payout becomes available. This is a verification and security step — seeing a pattern of donations from multiple supporters helps confirm the registry is legitimate before funds move, which protects donors, beneficiaries, and the banking partners we work with from fraud. This requirement only applies to your very first payout; once you've met it, it won't come up again.
Once Stripe setup, the 3-donation minimum, and the 2-3 business day clearing period (timing varies by payment method and donation type) are all met, the beneficiary is eligible to request a payout from their User Dashboard.
Want to check on a donation before it's available for payout? The Organizer Dashboard's Donations tab shows the status of each pending donation, including an estimated time until it becomes available for transfer.
Payout requests are for your full available balance — partial withdrawals aren't currently supported.
To access your User Dashboard, click "Your Profile" at the top of the page and then select "Your Dashboard."
Once requested, standard payouts are processed within 24 hours. Expedited payouts mean SupportNow will process your payout request within 1 hour (Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM ET). After processing, funds may still take 2-3 business days to reach your bank account. 'Expedited' refers to how quickly we process the request, not how quickly money arrives.
Stripe may request additional security verification, so beneficiaries should monitor emails and text messages.
Once processed, please allow 2–3 business days for the funds to arrive in the bank account connected to the beneficiary's Stripe account.
Beneficiaries receive two complimentary payouts monthly. Additional payouts beyond the first two incur a 2% fee. Expedited payouts also carry a 2% fee.

Where to see your transfers (and track your free payouts): You can find a full list of your transfers in your Organizer Dashboard, under the Donations tab. This lets you check how many payouts you've made in the current 30-day window — your first 2 payouts in any 30-day period are free, and a 2% fee applies to additional ones. That additional-transfer fee is also shown during the request-a-payout process, before you hit submit, so you can review it before confirming.
