Before you deactivate: once a registry is deactivated, your Organizer Dashboard is no longer available. If donations have come in that you haven’t been paid out for yet, finish your payout setup first.
Only want to stop new donations? You don’t need to deactivate. Go to Organizer Dashboard → Edit → Support Options and turn donations off. You can turn them back on at any time.
If you feel ready to deactivate your registry:
Go to your Organizer Dashboard
Click Edit
Scroll to the bottom
Click Deactivate Registry
This works for any registry you organize. Deactivating it removes it from public view.
Created a duplicate page by mistake? You can safely deactivate the duplicate — your original registry keeps running, so supporters can keep using that one.
Deactivated by mistake? Our team can reactivate it. Contact us with the registry name, your name, and the organizer email address.
