If you feel ready to deactivate your Support Page:
Go to your Organizer Dashboard. (Sign in, open your Dashboard, and click the page under Your support pages.)
Click Edit
Scroll to the bottom, to Deactivate this support page
Click Deactivate, then confirm
This works for any Support Page you organize. Deactivating it removes it from public view, stops new gifts and sign-ups, and cancels any monthly donations coming in to that page.
Deactivating and archiving are the same thing. If SupportNow tells you a page needs to be archived, these are the steps.
Created a duplicate page by mistake? You can safely deactivate the duplicate. Your original Support Page keeps running, so supporters can keep using that one. If you built a wishlist on the duplicate, contact us first and we'll help move it.
