This is for organizers who have received cash, checks, or other gifts outside of SupportNow and want their fundraising total to reflect them. (If you’re a donor wondering whether you can pay by check, see the note at the bottom.)
Go to: Organizer Dashboard → Edit → Third-Party Settings
Enter:
Total number of offline donations
Total offline dollar amount
These funds will count toward your goal on the registry page. Please note that they won’t appear individually in the Donations tab.
Can a donor pay by check? SupportNow can’t process or facilitate check donations. A donor can always give a check directly to the family, but we encourage giving through SupportNow so the donation counts toward the registry and the family gets the full experience. The offline-donation tool above is only for organizers recording gifts they’ve already received in person — it isn’t a way to pay by check.
