Go to Organizer Dashboard → Donations to view donor names and amounts. Offline donations will not appear itemized here.
Note: If your registry has been deactivated, donation and donor information is no longer visible to organizers or the public. If you'd like to view this information again, you can request that your registry be reactivated.
To send thank you messages to donors, go to the activity log within your Organizer Dashboard and click on "say thanks" next to a donation. This starts a chat — the donor is notified by email and can reply directly. Only one thank-you message can be triggered per donation this way; to continue the conversation, find the chat under the Chats section of your Organizer Dashboard and send additional messages from there.
Will I be notified when a donation comes in?
Yes — the first time your registry receives a donation, both the organizer and the beneficiary get an email letting you know, so you'll see the moment money starts coming in. After that, you can track every donation in real time in your Organizer Dashboard → Donations.
